Gobrecht Classic Weekend — Rahmer at Grove, Dietrich at BAPS
Freddie Rahmer scored his first Williams Grove win of 2025 Friday in the Kevin Gobrecht Classic Challenge, edging Lance Dewease by .250 seconds in a 25-lap thriller. Dylan Norris charged from 12th to claim the 358 Sprint Car feature.
Saturday at BAPS, Danny Dietrich dominated the $10,000 York Excavating Kevin Gobrecht Classic, leading all 30 laps for his 25th career track win. Brock Zearfoss finished second, Rahmer third. Kenny Edkin topped the Super Sportsman main.

At El Paso County Raceway, Adam Trimble won the final feature ahead of Blair Cooper and Bryan Gossel. Gossel’s podium sealed the 2025 ASCS Western Plains title by 25 points.

Alex Bright stormed from 8th to win the USAC IMT East Coast Sprint Car feature at Bridgeport, his second start back after time away. He passed Chris Allen Jr. on lap 10 and held off Bobby Butler and Thomas Radivoy. Point leader Steven Drevicki rebounded from a spin to finish 5th and set quick time.
